  • $799/person - Early Bird Rate thru 3/17

  • $999/person full-registration rate, starting 3/18.

  • $309/night at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel, Autograph Collection. Reservations can be made using the EO Philadelphia Chapter Retreat Block

Attire:  All events except for the boat excursion are rain or shine. Dress for the weather and bring comfortable walking shoes.

  • Welcome to the fun! Meet & Greet at Annapolis Waterfront Hotel Lobby followed by cocktails & dinner.

    • Kicking our retreat with dinner and a view at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. Join us for cocktails and connections to jump start the event.

  • Walking Ghost Tour Pub Crawl around Annapolis

    • Where better to find spirits of other worlds than among the liquid spirits of this one? Ghost stories and drinks while visiting local Annapolis watering-holes. We might just make a few haunted stops along the way! 

Thursday, May 11th

  • Let’s Roam - Red Bricks & Blue Views - Chapter Scavenger Hunt

    • America's history unfolds at every turn as we loop around beautiful Annapolis, searching for historic taverns and stunning views unchanged by time. Only in Maryland's capital will you find millions of red bricks, hundreds of sailboats, and George Washington's hidden passageways. On this fun-filled Annapolis scavenger hunt, you'll loop around the city center, searching for storied buildings and stunning harbor views.

  • Naval Academy Leadership Tour & Lunch - Learn the secret to the Navy's success!

    • At the noon formation, 4,000 cadets march across the Terrazzo into Mitchell Hall to the Air Force song and other Department of Defense anthems, provided by our very own Cadet Drum & Bugle Corps. This tradition dates to the founding of the Academy and helps the Commandant assess the current state of discipline among the Cadet Wing.

    • Lunch at the Officers Club

    • Learn the secret to the Navy's success during our Leadership Tour. For over 176 years, the USNA has been producing extraordinary naval leaders. Let us show you our unique brand of education and leadership training to your team. Learn how our 17 – 23-year old’s are trained to serve as leaders in the United States Navy and United States Marine Corps.

  • Afternoon Break - a chance to explore, relax or catch up on emails!

  • Dinner on Ego Alley at Choptank

    • Now open on “Ego Alley” along downtown Annapolis’ famous City Dock, The Choptank is a classic fish & crab house serving Maryland’s famous cuisine.

Friday, May 12th

  • Opening Your Blind Window at Will Workshop

    Join 20-year EO members and Polaris Institute co-founders Anna Birch (EO DC) and Bill Troy (EO Columbus) for this fast-paced, interactive, perspective-shifting event. Learn how cutting edge EO members, forums, and companies are opening their minds to new performance possibilities that have been hiding in plain sight all along—right there in our Blind Window

    • This eye-opening workshop will show you:

      • The latest brain science about why the Blind Window exists (there is an important biological reason!)

      • How to open your own Blind Window in forum with specific listening and coaching techniques.

      • How to open your Blind Window in your personal life to see new possibilities in life.

      • How to open the Blind Window(s) in your company to unlock a new level of potential for your team.

  • Sail The Chesapeake - Enjoy the beautiful Chesapeake Bay aboard The Woodwind! The boat from the Wedding Crashers!

    • Enjoy a day of sailing on the Chesapeake while getting hands on sailing experience. Learn the basics of sail training from our experienced crew, or simply sit back and enjoy the experience!

      Relaxing and Informative Sailing…

      Help the crew set sail right in Annapolis Harbor. Sail past the US Naval Academy and out into the Bay! Learn the nuances of sailing a 74-foot schooner: sail trim, basic navigation and how to steer the boat, or simply enjoy the ambiance! 

      Lunch and cocktails will be served on board! 

  • Conclude late afternoon for departures

Cancellation Policy:

  • Registration for this event is non-refundable after April 10, 2023.

    • All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

    • Only cancellations on or prior to April 10th will be eligible for a refund.

  • If a member can no longer attend, they can coordinate the resale of their ticket directly with an EO Philadelphia Member, Strategic Partner, or Significant Other.

  • No discount will be given to any attendee attending a portion of the event.

  • Accommodations are extra for retreat participants and will need to be booked separately and directly by the registrant via the EO Philadelphia Hotel Block.

  • Payments that are not eligible to be refunded are not transferable to other EO events.

  • If an attendee fails to attend the event, it is considered a cancellation and no refund will be administered.

  • Exceptions to the cancellation policy are only granted in the case of a death in the immediate family (spouse or partner, children, parents, siblings) or for an emergency medical situation involving the attendee, spouse or partner, or legal dependent. The attendee must provide written documentation from a doctor certifying that the attendee has a medical emergency that bars travel. All exceptions are subject to review by the EO Philadelphia Board and will have to be approved prior to the release of refunds less a $150 non-refundable deposit per person. No exceptions will be made for other personal or business reasons. All written documentation and supporting documents must be received no later than one (1) week after the Chapter Retreat.

  • EO Philadelphia is not responsible for fees and/or charges paid by event attendees to hotels, airlines or any other third party.
