EO Philadelphia Fall 2021 COVID Guidelines

As a member of the EO community and consistent with the EO CORE VALUE “Trust & Respect,” it is up to all of us to ensure the health and safety of each other. We, therefore, ask that all in-person event attendees self-screen before coming to an EO event.If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, a list of which can be found here, or are currently subject to isolation or quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure or illness, we ask that you do not attend the event.

Please email us to update your registration status if you are not feeling well or have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19, and we will not charge a penalty or fee for late cancellation.

Please note the following guidelines will be in place for our in-person learning experiences as of October 1, 2021:

· Each individual EO Event will comply with all COVID-19 requirements set forth by any governmental order for the country and each individual venue.

o Montgomery County Pennsylvania COVID Guidelines. Please note that for the safety of the tenants at Discovery Labs, the venue does require masks to be worn when not actively eating or drinking.

· We recommend reviewing and following current CDC masking recommendations]

· If you test positive for COVID-19 or are presumed positive within 14 days after attending an event, please contact the EO team right away so contact tracing can be done, as needed, consistent with CDC, state/local health agency any other applicable guidelines and regulations.
