Overview:

The health and wellness space can be complicated and confusing. Alyssa demystifies all of it in this program and shows individuals how to live better, faster, stronger, healthier, and hopefully, longer lives by investing only 4 hours per week. The Happy Healthy Human program identifies the top six aspects of health, wellness and longevity, explains how they are affecting our current level of health, and demonstrates easy-to-implement ACTIONS to help the body and brain perform at above optimum levels. Backed by science, experience, and millions of years of evolutionary biology, this unbelievably eye-opening presentation will leave your group motivated to become better than they could have previously thought possible.

Value To YOU:

You will leave with your notepad full of ACTION items to immediately implement in your life and with your work groups. Taking ACTION against these concepts can lead to greater productivity, weight loss, lower systemic inflammation, greater creativity, increased learning, increased neuroplasticity, lessened disease risks, and increased vitality.

About Alyssa Spaw:

Alyssa seeks to highlight the importance of both mental and physical strength in the ever-expanding discussion on health and wellness; regardless of work title or position in this world, our bodily systems all deal with some external pressure—toxins, unhealthy relationships, sedentary lifestyles, junk food, and more—as well as the internal pressure and stress we put ourselves through.

Starting out with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Alyssa followed her desire for more science based knowledge and pursued a PhD program that focused on human eating behavior. The years spent in the Nutritional Sciences program contribute to much of the nutritional knowledge she uses daily in her one-on-one coaching and speaking.

During school, she was compelled to follow her competitive hobby into another career path. In 2016, she competed in a Natural Bodybuilding Competition and won her pro card. Soon after, she became certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has been training individuals and groups for three years.

Outside of the gym, Alyssa has been a performer for several years; lending well to the passion to speak about the importance of health and wellness. Ultimately, Alyssa’s experience with human behavior, nutritional science, and physical performance imparts an extremely capable platform to educate and inspire a wide range of audiences to achieve long-term health through coaching, corporate wellness programs, and public speaking.
