Emily Morgan and her remote team help leaders and their teams to strategically clear their plates so they can focus on higher-impact activities! She is the founder of Delegate Solutions, a Strategic Support™ Firm and the designer of the “Delegate Method” which helps leaders identify areas of their work they can delegate or automate for maximum efficiency. She’s helped hundreds of busy entrepreneurial leaders master delegation and design systems to support and grow their awesome businesses! This year alone, her team has cleared over 30,000 hours of tasks off the plates of overwhelmed business owners.

Emily speaks nationally on the topic of virtual business, delegation, remote workforces, and flex work culture. Hal Levenson, Founder & Chief Visionary Officer - Trilogy Partners, LLC

Hal leverages his skills in collaboration, partnering, trust-building, and deep business acumen to create personal and business transformation in our clients. These unique capabilities help clients build value in their business while achieving financial security and peace of mind.

A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Hal started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Whinney) over 25 years ago. Hal then worked as an Account Executive at NCR Corporation, where he repeatedly was in the top 5% of nationwide performance. He founded CPA firm Levenson & Burness in 1987 and later merged with LFL Veritas, LLC. In addition, Hal has also owned and invested in a multitude of other companies in various industries from technology to retail.

Always demonstrating a strong interest in civil and community affairs, he has been active in a number of organizations, including Board of Directors & President of the Trenton Rotary Club, Pearl S. Buck International, Capital Health Systems, and Board member and co-founder of Goss & Goss Boxing Center, Inc.

Nick Kraus, Founder & CEO - Kraus Marketing

Nick received his B.A. from the University of Tampa where he met his now wife, Michelle. He started his career in Packaging Design and quickly moved into a Global Marketing Manager position where he managed product categories generating over $100M in revenue.

From starting Kraus Marketing in his apartment to watching the company thrive as one of Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing companies two years running, Nick can say he is proud of what he has accomplished. He has also been recognized by NJ Ad Club, GDUSA, and “Jersey’s Best Marketing & Communications Professionals Under 40.” His latest accomplishment would be celebrating ten years of Kraus Marketing with an award from NJBIZ’s 2019 Best Places To Work In New Jersey.

Marcia Zaruba O’Connor, Founder & CEO – The O’Connor Group

Marcia founded The O’Connor Group, a leading provider of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Solutions for the life sciences, healthcare, professional services, and manufacturing sectors based in King of Prussia, PA. The O’Connor Group is also a Top 100 Woman-Owned Business and has been certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. The O’Connor Group recently won the Philadelphia Business Journals’ Best Places to Work, Healthiest Places to Work in 2020, Soaring 76, and Philly 100.

Currently, Marcia is the Chair of the Engagement Team and President-Elect for the Philadelphia Chapter for the Entrepreneur. She is also the Membership Board Chair for the Alliance for Women Entrepreneurs.

Marcia earned her MS degree in Human Organization Development from Villanova and her BS degree in Accounting from Widener University. Marcia is also a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Program. She and her husband live in King of Prussia and her son is a sophomore at Penn State University.
