 • Power of Pricing & Discounting: Pricing has a dramatic effect on profitability. Discounting is the enemy of profitability, often used unnecessarily out of phantom fears of sales volume loss. Reducing unnecessary discounting can drive double-digit profit growth. Real-world examples illustrate the power of price to lift margins. 

 • Price Sensitivity & Segmentation: Not every customer and product or service is equally-priced sensitive. About Casey Brown

Casey Brown is a pricing geek and professional speaker. Her passion is for people to be paid well for their excellence. She is the president of Boost, a firm that helps companies discover their true pricing power and improve profits through better pricing. She works with teams to drive culture change and dramatic, sustainable results. 

Casey speaks at conferences, trade associations, and networking groups around the world, and she delivered a TEDx talk in 2015 with over 3.25M views to date. 

 Casey started her career as an engineer at General Electric, working in both R&D and manufacturing, developing technology for which she holds a US patent. She went on to lead cross-functional teams and projects at GE and later at other Global Fortune 500 companies.

 Casey is fluent in Spanish, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds degrees in Chemical Engineering, Spanish, and Business. 

Casey volunteers over 600 hours annually around the world, focused on meeting children’s basic needs.
